Scavenger hunts, period music and fun are on the schedule for Summer Nights at the Museum’s second family night tonight in Edinburg.
Attendees to the event will learn about the Texas Revolution, the impact steamboats had in the Valley and life in a cattle drive.
Admission to the event is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors and students, and $5 for children ages 4 to 12. Children under 4 get in free, as do members of the military and up to five family members.
The Museum of South Texas History is located at 200 N. Closner Blvd. in downtown Edinburg.
