Expect temperatures to be in the mid to upper 60s with cloudy to overcast skies Tuesday in the Rio Grande Valley, according to the National Weather Service in Brownsville.
Drizzle will continue this morning before tapering off in the afternoon.
McAllen will see a high of 66, and Brownsville may hit 70.
The Valley will see similar cloudy conditions for the rest of the week with a chance of showers and even a few thunderstorms on Saturday.
On Wednesday, there is a 50 percent chance of rain with highs ranging form 65 to 72 degrees with lows in the 50s. Similar temperatures are expected Thursday before warmer temperatures move in Friday and Saturday. On Friday, temps will range from 76 and 82, while Saturday the region will be mostly in the mid 80s.
