Embattled businessman’s restaurant raided Sunday 

A Taco Ole restaurant in Mission was raided Sunday morning in relation to a sexual assault investigation against the establishment’s owner. 

Mission police raided the restaurant, located on 2316 N. Conway Ave., at 6 a.m. Sunday, according to Assistant Chief Jody Tittle. 

The department only confirmed that the raid was in relation to the sexual assault investigation on Elias Bazan III, the restaurant’s owner who was arrested Jan. 22 on three counts of sexual assault and one count of making a terroristic threat.

The investigation remains ongoing.
