Brownsville court arraigns Texas man

A Dallas man accused by authorities of traveling to Mexico and Honduras to have sex with three minors and conspiring to illegally smuggle one of them into Texas pleaded not guilty in federal court Wednesday morning in Brownsville to charges contained in a 12-count indictment, court documents show.

According to the indictment against Donald Frederic Bollinger, 64, the alleged victims were all from Honduras. Federal authorities accuse Bollinger of conspiring to transport one of those minors to the United States for criminal sexual purposes.

Bollinger, who is required to register as a sex offender after a 2000 conviction for possession of child pornography, also is accused of failing to register as a sex offender and committing a felony involving a minor after failing to register, documents show.
