Bees stand pat at deadline

HIDALGO – Despite talks with "three or four" other teams, coach Terry Ruskowski and the Killer Bees did not make a trade before Monday’s CHL trade deadline.

In not making a move, the Bees were far from alone around the league. There were only two trades made involving four teams and three players. One of the moves involved former Bees defenseman Dominic D’Amour, who was traded by Allen to Rapid City for future considerations.
