Magic to host open tryout

The Rio Grande Valley Magic of the Southern Indoor Football League will have an open tryout Feb. 19 at Sharyland High School in Mission. Pre-registration costs $50, while anybody who registers the day of the event will be charged $65.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. and is open to anybody ages 18 and above. The Magic will be looking for players at all positions.
The Magic are also expected to announce more player signings next week for their inaugural season. The Magic are scheduled to open play in March.
