Rockets' Hayes has surgery on broken nose

HOUSTON - Houston Rockets forward Chuck Hayes will sit out 4-6 weeks after undergoing surgery on Thursday to repair a broken nose, the team announced.
The 6-foot-6 Hayes was hurt during a morning workout, the Rockets said.
Hayes was Houston's third-leading rebounder last season, averaging 5.4 per game.
