Coyotes, Tamaulipas team to square off

EDINBURG - The Edinburg Coyotes will play the University of Tamaulipas Buffalos in an exhibition game at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Edinburg Baseball Stadium.
The Coyotes will prepare for the season taking on the defending Tamaulipas state champions. The Buffalos have won five consecutive state titles and are ranked No. 4 in the nation.
Opening day for the Coyotes is May 13 when Edinburg faces the San Angelo Colts.
