Palm Valley Animal Center's Pets of the Week are:

WOOF! WOOF! My name is MARMADUKE. I am a 1-year-old male Shepherd blend. I love the outdoors, especially when I am playing. While I have been here, I learned a new game called “fetch.” It took me a while, but I think I’ve gotten the hang of it now. I enjoy running and walking — doesn’t really make a difference to me just as long as I can be outside. When we decide to sit and rest, I will try to climb into your lap and shower you with kisses. If you’re looking for an energetic, playful, loving pet that is good with children, here I am. I will be an awesome addition to any family.

Hi! My name is BLANCA. I am a 1-year-old female Labrador blend. I am a super playful girl and want to play with you. I just adore children and I don’t really mind other pets. I do well on a leash when taken for walks and I know basic commands such as sit and stay. I am pretty confident, and if you are willing to teach me more tricks, I would be eager to learn and wouldn’t disappoint you. I enjoying fetching things and bringing them back to do it again. So, if you want the perfect playmate for you and your family, stop on by and let’s play together forever when you adopt me today.

Good day to everyone reading this. My name is SHEILA and I am a 4-month-old female Heeler blend. I am writing this to you because I feel like I have been overlooked. I have been here waiting for a loving family to adopt me. I am the sweetest puppy and all I want to do is share all the love I have bottled up inside me with you. I am still young enough to be taught new things, and very willing to learn if given the chance. I am in the puppy section just waiting patiently for you.

Hello to all. My name is FEBIE. I am a 1-year-old female Domestic Shorthair. I am a very independent cat, but do love attention now and again. I will strut around investigating all that goes on around me. I get along with other cats and wouldn’t mind sharing a home with them. If you and your cat need a forever friend to share your hearts with, here I am, just a drive away.

Hey there. They call me JUNIOR over here. I am a 4-month-old male Domestic Shorthair. I am a happy go lucky kind of cat. I love to play with toys and other cats. I do not mind children, and as a matter of fact, I think I would do great in a family with kids. We could play together, sleep together and give each other that unconditional love that we all need. I would be a great addition to any household out there.

My name is CUEBALL. I am a 3-month-old male Domestic Medium Hair kitty. My friends here think I should have been named Screwball because I am just a crazy, silly kitten. It takes me a little while to get used to people, but when I do I will play and make them laugh. I like to chase things around whether it is a toy, laser light or just tapping fingernails on a table. I love to be held and enjoy people stroking my beautiful fur. If that isn’t enough, I have mesmerizing eyes anyone would love to gaze into. So, should you be looking for a beautiful, bouncy little boy, I am just the kitty for you and your family.
