South of City Limits: Just Plain Trouble This concert launches Cine El Rey's South of City Limits series, which brings about one big country, folk or blues act to town each month. It starts late November, and organizers have already booked acts through April. Just Plain Trouble hails from Nashville. And the country and blues band will play a series of gigs in the Valley this season. They'll hit venues ranging from Rancho El Charco in La Joya to the Hop Shop in Harlingen.
