Director Jose Sanchez is looking to fill a variety of roles in his in-production zombie flick with Valley talent.

Sanchez will be holding auditions for his horror movie Project X April 27 and April 29 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Pharr Memorial Library's North Star Room on the second floor.

He's looking to fill a number of roles, including zombie victims, winter Texans, police officers and supermarket shoppers. Roles will be unpaid.

The movie, which stars Lava Hernandez, Thomas Fuschetto and Hector Palacios, follows four people as they band together to fight flesh-hungry mutants in a small South Texas border town, following a mysterious biological attack on America.
