Pure form earth.

The appearance of the world
within her resting.

The summer colored as burnt honey
flattened by the sun.

Fertile fields of Amaryllis
the western sky welkin in my eyes.

Pure form--her body.

Our summer colored as burnt honey
flattened by the sun.

Small wet syllables pouring
from the branch
wholly into our hands. 
 
Concentric sometimes
lost in myself.

I dance like a crazed king, drunk on sunshine.
