Miss Rio Grande Valley competition seeks participants

The Miss Rio Grande Valley competition seeks participants between the ages of 14 and 25 for a pair of pageants Saturday, March 17, at the Edinburg Auditorium.
There are two separate divisions. The teen division includes competitors between the ages of 14 and 17 and the miss division is for women ages 18 to 25.
