Congrats to the winner of our table giveaway, imagin3!

It’s the holidays. And it’s time for family, tradition and seeing the guy from the next desk in a whole new light. It’s time for the office holiday party.

Again this year, McAllen will host a massive gathering for small offices. Dubbed the Best Little Office Party in Texas, the event happens Dec. 11 at the McAllen Convention Center. The venue will feature holiday decorations, a spread of food and live entertainment.

Organizers say the event helps small offices by removing the hassle of planning a costly party. The whole party, from streamers to seating, will be taken care of by the event's organizers, not by the office staffs hoping to enjoy the festivities. Also, with small enterprises from throughout the area in attendance, the event will make for a great chance to network.

Tickets cost $60 a person, and offices should e-mail MaryAnn Aguilar before Dec. 3 to confirm attendance. Her e-mail is maaguilar@mcallen.net.
