The song is about a girl who thinks the world is out to get her but really she puts herself in compromising situations and it's her decisions that affect the world around her, like where and with who she chooses to hang out with.  You swim with sharks, you risk getting eaten. Stay on dry land and your chances of getting eaten by a shark drop to zero. She is looking for a hero to save her, but she keeps diving back into shark infested water, metaphorically speaking.

The song is very different from anything we have written before, both musically and lyrically. We were in between drummers and started playing acoustic shows at HOTSPOTS in McAllen in the meantime. This song came from those acoustic sessions and was a nice break from the usual high- energy, fast-paced alterna-metal that we usually play.

This version was recorded at our home studios (Methlab Moneytrain Studios). It is currently being re-recorded professionally with the rest of our much delayed, but ultra-awesome first studio album SHATTERED which should be ready in early 2009.
