New nightclub called 'Love' will open on 17th Street in coming months
People looking for love on 17th Street can rest easy; it's coming to them.
A new nightclub dubbed Love will open in November in McAllen’s Downtown Entertainment District.

Owner Antonio Naim said the three-floor nightclub, located at 101 S. 17th St., will feature a concept and design reminiscent of bars in New York, Mexico City and Paris. All of Love's lighting fixtures were purchased overseas to help achieve a unique look, Naim added.
Naim even took the name from a club in Mexico, which he says is one of his favorite spots across the border.
Love will be the latest addition to the collection of about 20 bars and restaurants that make up the city’s Entertainment District.
