*SPLASH: SPRING BREAK MAY BE OVER, BUT THE FUN'S JUST GETTING STARTED

Going wild on Padre isn't just for sorority girls from Michigan anymore. Gays and lesbians from across the Valley and beyond are going to give beer-bonging co-eds a run for their money this weekend as Global Groove London and the New Upper Deck Hotel bust out a host of no-holds-barred good times this weekend.

First up is a trip to Wonderland - Alice, you might want to cover your eyes. The scene at Tequila Sunset will get a little surreal Friday night as the studly J.D. Ordonez from the The Real World Brooklyn hosts a kinky night with some of the area's most fabulous drag queens, including Dion Summers, Jacklyn Mykals and Valerie Paris.

Up next? It's Britney, beach.

Spears impersonator extraordinaire Derrick Berry headlines Saturday night's full-throttle activities at Mooncussers.

If you manage to survive that circus, take it easy on Sunday poolside at the New Upper Deck Hotel. Karaoke, free BBQ and beautiful bodies by the beach - the perfect way to wrap up a weekend of pride and partying.

* DJ FELIX CARTAL: MIX MASTER FRESH FROM FAMED MUSIC FEST TO PERFORM AT SHINE

Just back from his gig at Coachella, a freshly-tanned DJ Felix Cartal will spin at Shine Martini Lounge this weekend.

Cartal, who hails from Canada, has put on shows for huge crowds all over the world, everywhere from Austin to Taiwan. After stopping in McAllen, he's headed to San Diego, Los Angeles and Puerto Rico.

Range is what Cartal does best.

He's been known to work with songs from every genre, spinning and mixing the likes of Elvis, The All American Rejects and Julien-K, whose drummer Elias "Bones" Andra is a McAllen native.

And people have taken notice of his young talent. In February, Cartal signed a record deal with Dim Mak Records, which was founded by the legendary DJ Steve Aoki Kid Millionaire.

Local acts Bosco and Cory Blaine will open.
