Influences: Personally and Professionally my influences are my parents. My father has taught me to never judge people and be the best person I can be. My mother has taught me how to dream big and never give up. Together they have taught me everything I know today.
Why you chose this profession? Well, I remember back in high chool when me and another cheerleader friend of mine would do some of the cheerleaders' makeup on the way to the games. We would coordinate with our school colors, purple and white. I also have a fond memory of my dad always gettting so upset with me when we would go to H-E-B and I would run up the bill full of cosmetics. It wasn't until I attended college and got a BFA in costume and design tech. that it was required for me to take a Theatre makeup course. This was when I realized my calling.
How did you end up in Hollywood? Soon after graduation I moved to Los Angeles and attended makeup school in winter of '03 and have been doing it ever since.
