Why They're Cool: This band, originally dubbed A Second Chance, literally started as a high school friendship. It grew from there, and Just Surrender has become a force in the power pop punk world. They've toured with big names in the genre such as Hawthorne Heights and Matchbook Romance. These guys are also super cool because of the high energy they bring to shows. They rose to fame on the strength of live shows in their hometown of Poughkeepsie, New York. And they're still young, so the high energy performances will likely live on for years.
