Event touts birding in the Rio Grande Valley

Mission's Bentsen-Rio Grande Valley State Park will host "Birding Texas Style in the Rio Grande Valley," a program by award-winning nature photographer Luciano Guerra, at 9 .m. Saturday, Nov. 19.
The event includes a presentation by Guerra of his photographs about nature in the Valley. He will also give photography tips and host a birding-by-ear activity. The event is free with paid admission to the park.
