McAllen's club scene knows this song.

Do you dance at Element, Shine or Dolce? You groove to this song. Did you party at Teatro Voyeur Nights: Rituals? You listened to this song. Retrovox, arguably the Valley's hottest purveyors of electronic music, play it often.

"Keep In Touch" ranks as one of Retrovox's best bangers. Retrovox's Rey Aguilar calls it "a peak hour track," meaning they play it when the club is packed and the dance floor full.

The duo used its normal process to compose this tune. Fern Arguello laid the ground work. He built the basic rhythm and enhanced the quality, using the computer program FL Studios. Then Aguilar tweaked and polished the song, touching it up and making it really hum.

The group points to "Keep In Touch" as one of its best works.

"It has a good response every single time we play," Aguilar says.
