VALLEY COUNTRY: Ronnie & Terri Furr
Festivals, State Fairs, RV resorts, Wink's in Brownsville and other restaurants and bars. Ronnie has always wanted to tour and play music for people - traveling the country was the best way for him to fulfill his dream. Ronnie has opened for many different artists, such as George Strait. He's not new to this business. Ronnie's first band experience was after he was in the service - he joined a band in the ‘70s called "Night Rider". He hopped from band to band, stayed in the "Silver Eagle Band" for a while, but then struck out on his own. "I think I'd rather do this than just about anything," Ronnie said. "I think that's just what I was made to do, is sing."
