McAllen's newest club seeks hot guys

There's a new McAllen club opening for gay, lesbian, transgender and bi sexual nightlife, and management has taken to Craigslist to look for attractive guys who want to work shirtless and be confident about it.
The club promises training and minimum earnings of $120 per six hour shift. See the ad here.
Not sure why temperature matters here. They already said these dudes would be shirtless.
