The Good: The potential. Looks cool inside, especially if you like green neon lighting, and who doesn't?
The Bad: It was Saturday night around 1 a.m., and nobody was there. It seemed like 75 percent of the people in the place were there working. Despite the emptiness, Sapphire still charged a $10 cover at the door. On the plus side, it was real easy to get a drink.
Big Nights: Management said Thursday night is the real party here.
Who's Playing?: DJs, DJs and more DJs. Sapphire's MySpace page boasts $41,000 of lighting to back its collection of DJs. These guys will spin electro house, hip hop and many other kinds of music.
Bring a Red Bull: Sapphire bills itself as the after hours spot. They do a late night party from 2 to 6 a.m.
Cage Dancers: Plenty of these. While the dance floor was empty, there was a woman dancing away in a cage right by there door. And two more women upstairs above the bar doing the same.
