Most of Anthony D'Arrigo's life he has been sandwiched between girls. But he's not a player.

He's child number three of five in his family and the only boy.

"It wasn't too bad. It was just a lot of chick stuff and estrogen," Anthony said.

But his position came with perks, too - like an abundance of knowledge on the fairer sex.

"All my sisters' boyfriends were d*****bags growing up, and they told me not to be like them," he said.

And for their part, his sisters made sure Anthony brought over quality girls, too. While seeking girls out, Anthony was taught to abide by one cardinal rule, "never trust a ho." 

"I was probably more nervous for the girl (I was bringing over) than the girl was for herself," he said. "She didn't know what she was going to go through."

His lifelong training has taught this rocker boy a lot about love. But above all, he said, he's learned how to be "not a ladies man, but a gentleman."

Who is your rock star crush?
"I got lot of guy crushes (laughs). I'm joking. I guess Gwen Stefani in her early No Doubt days. I liked her braces and pink hair look."

What did you look like a little kid?
"A disco boy with an afro, according to mom (laughs). She just walked in and I needed help with that one."

What's your worst bad habit?
(laughs) Making my four sisters' lives hell.

Which Valley restaurant would you take a first date to?
Anything Italian; that way, on the second date, we can eat my dad's and they can see how much better it is.

What makes people jealous about you?
That my dad cooks awesome Italian food.

Do you have any crazy fans who are in love with you?
My buddy Noe. He's at every show. He loves the band and we love him just the same. He's one of my best friends.
