ROSIE is a red Chihuahua mix female with medium length hair. She is very sweet, gently, kind, friendly and weighs 8 lbs. She is inside and paper trained (goes on one spot on her puppy pads).
ROCKET is a small, white male Chihuahua, about 8 lbs. He is kenneled up with Lexi and they are getting along very well. Lexi is also available for adoption. They have become good kennel friends and are about the same size. Rocket is the perfect lap dog and is content just sitting in your lap enjoying a loving hand. He is a sweet and lovable little guy.
LEXI is a small female, long hair Chihuahua, about 6 lbs. She is kenneled up with Rocket, also available for adoption. They have become good kennel friends and are about the same size. Lexi is sweet and lovable. She enjoys being carried around in loving arms and is happy just sitting in your lap.
DOTTIE is a Dachshund mix with red specks. She has the short legs, long body (very Dox looking) and a docked tail. She is a very quiet and sweet little dog, 2 years old, 12 lbs. The pup “Little Dot” is 2-3 months old, female, 4 lbs., chocolate/white with two sets of pup shots.
MAGGIE is a 2-year-old female Poodle with a tail. She is very sweet, approximately 15 lbs. and just in from the Harlingen Humane Society.
INDY is a nice looking neutered male Poodle, 18 lbs. leash trained, very friendly, HW negative and ready for a home. He is good with people and other dogs. He has a new summer haircut.

LUCKY is a 10 month old beautiful female Border Collie mix. Looks like she should be the star of a movie! She is housetrained, very affectionate and playful. She loves people, dogs and cuddling. SPARTACUS is a male Pit, about 3-4 years old and weighs about 65 lbs. He is missing a rear paw, but it doesn’t limit him. He has adjusted very well and gets around just fine. BRONSON, a 2-year-old Chow, was rescued from the Brownsville animal shelter. His hair was hanging in mats all over his body. The hair, which had to be clipped down, has grown back. He has become very beautiful and gets a lot of attention when in public. His hair and eyes are the same bronze color. He is now ready for a forever family to love and care for him. LOKI is a 1-year-old male Labrador Retriever mix. He is a very intelligent dog with a lot of potential to learn new tricks and commands; he is already learning how to sit. He is very friendly and lovable and would make a great family pet.
GINGER is a 1-year-old female Shepherd mix. She is a great dog that is kind of shy and timid at first but once she warms up she is very friendly and loving. She loves to play and is full of energy.
ROGER is a 2-month-old male American Blue Heeler mix. He is a super friendly little puppy that is very loving and has a super cute personality. He was brought into the shelter with his mom and spent some time in our foster care program with his brothers and sisters until he was old enough to find his forever home. He has two other brothers and three sisters that are also available for adoption.
TED is a 3-month-old male Orange Tabby kitten. He is a very energetic and friendly little guy that is full of life and love. He enjoys playing with toys and loves to climb.
PAULA is a 5-month-old female Domestic Shorthair kitten. She is laid back and kind of shy at first but once she opens up she is very playful and friendly.
TOBY is a 1-year-old male Domestic Shorthair. He is a great cat that loves spending time laying in your lap trying to get as much love and attention as he can get. He would make a great companion for anyone.
