Mitchel Musso, who plays Oliver Oken in the hit Disney Channel series Hannah Montana, will not be performing at BorderFest this year. Those who have purchased tickets for the concert, which was scheduled for Sunday, March 7, can seek a refund at the original point of purchase, said State Farm Arena officials.

Replacing the Disney star's slot is Bret Michaels' "Roses & Thorns" tour with special guest Stephen Pearcy. Michaels is best known as the lead singer of 1980s glam metal band Poison. And most recently he reclaimed fame as the star of VH1's reality show Rock of Love with Bret Michaels. Pearcy, another '80s glam metal band front man, was the voice of Ratt.

Last year, more than 85,000 people attended BorderFest, which featured ‘80s boy band New Kids on the Block.

The event focuses on the culture, people, food and history of a different country each year. BorderFest 2010 will celebrate Australia.
