Annual Pigskin competition to be held in La Joya

Every fall, Rio Grande Valley high school marching bands prepare for the annual Pigskin Jubilee, which will be held this year at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at the La Joya Independent School District Stadium.
The marching bands compete against one another in the state University Interscholastic League (UIL) contest in an effort to advance to the next level of competition.
