Wedding: Rodrigue-Havener
Christine Ann Rodrigue and Matthew Steven Havener were united in marriage on August 8, 2008 at the First United Methodist Church in McKinney, Texas. The double-ring ceremony was officiated by the Reverend Jeremy Weart.
The bride is the daughter of Frank and Ann McCammon of The Colony, TX. The groom is the son of Steve and Janine Havener of Mission, TX.
Grandparents of the bride are Edwin and Marion Bullock of Hot Springs, Arkansas. Grandparents of the groom are John and Peggy Havener of Osage Beach, Missouri, JoAnn Hemphill Baker of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and the late Bill and Marguerite Hemphill of Lake Park, Iowa.
The bride wore a strapless champagne-colored tufted ball gown dress with a chapel-length train that had a ruched bodice and crystal accents. The wedding ensemble was complete with crystal tiara and ivory veil. The bridal bouquet was Leonidas roses in a structured nosegay tied with champagne satin ribbon.
Matron of honor was Kimberly Rodrigue of The Colony, TX.
Bridesmaids were Jody Moore of St. Petersburg, Florida, and Jill Havener of Mission, TX.
Honorary bridesmaids were Jennifer Phillips, Jenny Fang and Anu Talreja from Dallas, TX.
Best man was Clayton Woolam of Richardson, TX. Groomsmen were Jonathan Havener of Mission, TX and Daniel Rodrigue of The Colony, TX.
Ushers were Neal Talreja, Dwight Benignus, and Todd Moore.
The dinner and dancing reception was held at The Grand Hotel Ballroom in McKinney, TX.
After a wedding trip to San Francisco/Monterey, California, the couple made their home in Dallas, TX.
The bride graduated from Coppell High School in Texas and received her bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas-Dallas in 2003. She earned a master's degree in Accounting and Information Systems from UT-Dallas in 2005 and is employed as a property accountant for Merit Energy Company in Dallas, TX.
The groom is graduated from the Science Academy of South Texas in Mercedes in 2003. He received his bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from UT-Dallas in 2007 and is employed as a software engineer at Telecore in Richardson, TX.
