Early voting begins today in cities and school districts throughout the Upper Rio Grande Valley.
With dozens of candidates running in more than 15 municipalities, the elections may seem overwhelming. But The Monitor has made it easy. For a city-by-city breakdown of the races, visit our online election guide at http://www.themonitor.com/sections/elections/
Early voting continues through May 6. Election day is May 10.
