Valley Morning Star

SAN BENITO - A man had to be extracted from his pick-up truck after he struck a mobile barrier that was being towed by a Texas Department of Transportation vehicle, witnesses at the scene said.

At about mid-morning, a black Chevrolet Silverado rammed into the TxDOT vehicle on Expressway 77/83 near the Oscar Williams Road exit on Expressway 77/83.
