Jacks nip Bees in shootout

ODESSA — The Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees fell 3-2 in a shootout to the Odessa Jackalopes on Saturday night at the Ector County Coliseum.
Andy Franck made 40 saves in goal as RGV earned a standings point against the top team in the Central Hockey League. RGV took a 2-1 lead into third third period on goals by Aaron Lee and Jesse Bennefield.
