Charles Balli and Melina De Leon announce their upcoming marriage.

Melina is the daughter of Gilbert and Maria R. (Cookie) De Leon of San Juan. Charles is the son of Fred and Teresa Balli of Weslaco.

Melina is currently employed by The Law Office of Jaime J. Munoz. Charles is currently serving in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Louisiana.
